Here we are, two weeks post womb. This is what we have been up too.

Eating: He is currently solely eating breastmilk. Normally straight from the source, but about once a day Adam will feed him through the bottle. He has increased the amount of food he is eating and has learned that the slower he eats, the more skin to skin time he receives. Smart boy.

Sleeping: ALL THE TIME. He actually had his first ALL NIGHT SLEEP. Literally did not wake up until 8:30 AM today, can we say "Thanks be to God"!

Doing: He is starting to focus more, I think he is noticing my voice and able to spot it out of a crowd, (crowd being the few people around him). He loves to sit quietly and swing his Mamaroo, loves grabbing my finger and not letting go. Loves to be held.

Wearing: He is still wearing newborn clothes, not much has changed in this department but... he is ALMOST back to his birth weight. We didn't buy or receive very many newborn clothes since he was in the 98th percentile but... the few we have received he has been wearing constantly. The Honest Co. diapers just happen to be our favorite, they are seeming to be the thickest. And so, though they are a little more in price... they are our favorites so we will just go with what works the best.

Biggest Milestone: His head and neck is getting stronger. He now knows that to get comfortable, he has to move and use his neck. It is fun to watch his daily changes.

Favorite Thing: Being swaddled. He loves to be wrapped up tight, cuddled up next to me as we relax, that's when he is his happiest - though he seems to always be happy.

Sweetest Thing He Does: He will grab on to my finger as he is falling asleep and hold tight until he falls all the way into his REM and his hand will start to loosen but just as soon as I want to pull away, he will grab even tighter.

Favorite Part About This Age: He is so happy just being still. He is content, nothing fits him and all he wants is me.

Current Items I Can't Live Without to Survive Motherhood: Oh gosh, this list could be long. I think I will have to do a separate post on that. The short list? His Candy Kirby Knotted Baby Gown, Wubnub Pacifiers and the Halo Bassinet.
