I have been dying to post this for weeks! But I didn't want to spoil the surprise for my gals!
With a little help from Pinterest, a few how-to's and a couple lazy Sunday's this project went off without a hitch. In the midst of engagement and a few bridal magazines deep, I couldn't help but think that this day should be special, but not just for me... but for my best girls!
As I searched and searched blog after blog, I could never find T H E B E S T thing that I should do for the ones that would stand by me as I became a Wife... and that is a big deal, at least to me and the Big Guy upstairs.
So after the initial, "What are you doing on October 4th?" text message all that could make it arrived pretending they didn't know that they were going to be asked on the annual eve of our nuptials. There were laughs, insane memory come backs and all of my best friends in one place. We drank, we dined and we had a sleep over, and we had the best time. So... with out further ado, my favorite day:
2. I had a sign made to let girls know, YOU ARE IT. To let them know how much I love them and to make a center piece of the decorations.
3. TASSELS! Need I say more? (Tutorial up soon).
4. Get the cutest bags and fill full of Our Day, My Girls, Your Dress and an ask card... Letting them know how much there presence means in my life. I also threw in a selection of dresses for examples since I am letting them pick their own dress.
5. Make margs, because everything is more fun with tequila!
6. Take pictures and enjoy the night.
