All, as you can see, my real life... the one beyond the blogosphere, has been insanely hectic. And though it is Thursday,  today I am granting you with your Tuesday Ten a few days late... please forgive me! I promise in the future you will receive it on T U E S D A Y.

Now, whether you're driving, flying or biking a road trip, is a road trip... and there is something mystical and beautiful about being on a never ending trip stopping everywhere and anywhere with your chosen few. Spring is the perfect season to hit the road and I have personally taken my fair share of road trips. Whether they are off to Florida or up the California coast, these are something things that I surely could not live without. Today I wanted to show you a couple of those things and I want to know what you think!

1. The Perfect Outfit - This outfit cannot just be a comfortable lounging piece (though when you are in the car you want nothing less), it has to be something that you will also be comfortable taking pictures, because half the fun is documenting your trip.

2. Sunscreen - I chose Philosophy's Here Comes The Sun because for me it has the perfect SPF 45 and it allows a beautiful tan while protecting your precious skin, it also has a great sent, reminding me summer is just around the corner.

3. The Right Bag - Pack something flexible, something that can be stuffed around and something that is okay to get damp (you never know if it may rain), and you never know what you might buy!

4. Slippers- Now, you are probably laughing but... this is something that most people don't think about. When you are driving for miles and miles there is nothing that can make you more annoyed than uncomfortable shoes, or an empty stomach. So pack slippers and a cute pair of shoes to wear when you get out and about.

5. Sunglasses - Nothing is more of a buzz kill than when you are driving down the highway with the sun is beaming right in your eyes and you left your sunnies at home or in the bag.  Keep them in a visible place!

6. Pack Snacks - Packing snacks is the best way to maintain that body you have been working so hard on, when there is nothing but fast food joint, after fast food joint. Fill a bag with fruits, veggies and crackers and hit the road!

7. Gas Card - Plan ahead, allow yourself to splurge on a gas card so that you don't have to worry about forgetting your wallet or loosing your cash. This is a fun and convenient way to get gas without the hassle.

8. Games - Bring card games, I specifically chose Cards for Humanity, it's an intriguing game that more than one person can play and it allows you to not worry about the drive or if you are stopped, it allows you to be carefree and enjoy a little game time during your stop.

9. Camera - now a days, you won't catch me without it...but before, whew! A camera allows you to take photographs of the trip you're having the time of your life on, or to blackmail one of your riding buddies! But either way, it saves your phones battery and allows you to get a better shot and quality.

10. Iphone - This device can be used as a camera as noted above, lifesaving device, Ipod, GPS, compass and personal savior. This is something most should live without when you're chasing your dreams but would help a road trip great.

Though these are just the things that I love, I would really like to know what you are loving?

What are some of your favorite road trip necessities?

Sincerely, Shelbi
