To start of the close of 2013, the title of this blog is only fitting... since #hashtags did make their mark on the world this year.

#2013taughtme more than any year to date, and I can't begin to explain how that feels.
It makes me feel young, it makes me feel old and it makes me feel like I need to go back to school. This year I challenged myself, to clean out my closet, to live on my own, to throw a baby shower, to sell something on EBAY (which I will never do again) and to find out "my thing". And most of them I accomplished, which is why looking back on this year feels so great.

In the year to come, I have many aspirations some reachable, some merely in my dreams but all are thinkable. I would like to take the closet clean out and continue, but I would like to build, and by build I mean with clothes, not architecturally speaking, the closet of my affordable dreams. I would like to pray and play more. Musically praising and learning to make a daily routine possible and I would like to believe. I am challenging myself in this upcoming year to believe more, in myself, in others and in the unknown. There is so much more to living than what is beneath my 9 foot ceilings, and I can't wait to explore them.

2014 Resolutions
1. Build my dream closet.
2. Get a passport.
3. Grow in music and Christ.
4.Blog once a month.
5.Believe.

So follow me on Pinterest or follow me on here, but this will be a journey you will not want to miss!

I hope #discovering2014 brings you and your family serenity and joy.

And if not, he is always good.

Sincerely, Shelbi.
